The Edit: All The Details

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been talking about The Edit and on Friday we officially launched! We’ve explained how we came up with the idea. And we’ve talked about why a foundational wardrobe might be right for you. Now, we’re getting into the nitty gritty to explain what we mean by “wardrobe redesign” and what exactly you’ll do during the 6-month program. Let’s start from the top!

 

What is a Wardrobe Redesign?

The Edit is a 6-month wardrobe redesign program. This means, over the course of 6 months, we’ll help you clean out your closet and rebuild your wardrobe. Specifically, we’ll help you build a foundational wardrobe, a wardrobe made up of core basics that can be easily mixed and matched.

Here’s how it will work:

Step 1: In December you’ll receive our Edit Kit with step-by-step instructions for cleaning out your closet. You’ll go through and decide what items to keep, sell and give away. You’ll feel so much better starting with a clean slate!

Step 2: Next, you’ll start to think about what is missing from your wardrobe. Your 30 minute Closet Consultation with someone from our team will help you identify what items are missing.* We’ll help you create a game plan for creating your perfect wardrobe!

Step 3: This is where things start to get fun! Since you’ve already paid up front, you will receive a code via email on the first of each month. You’ll head on over to the site, thoughtfully select one item from The Edit Collection or choose The Seasonal Piece. When you checkout, you’ll apply your 100% discount code and receive free shipping. Since you’ve already paid in advance, you’ll never have to enter your credit card info again! How awesome?! You’ll continue this process each month, slowly building your new foundational wardrobe.

What’s In The Edit Collection?

We selected our most versatile, foundational pieces for this collection. The Edit Collection is made up of 10 core pieces. These 10 pieces, pictured below, are available throughout the entire program.

We will also be adding 6 Seasonal Pieces. We will introduce The Seasonal Piece at the beginning of each month. Why? Because surprises are fun and these seasonal additions provide you with a few more options! By the end of the program, you will have had 16 pieces to choose from (10 core pieces + 6 seasonal pieces). To kick it off, the Seasonal Piece for January is The Line-Up Midi!

What Else Do I Need To Know?

  • Exchanges and returns are 100% ok. We want you to be happy with your Edit experience. And we want you to end up with a wardrobe you love. So, you’ll be able to exchange and return, no questions asked.
  • Can’t find something you love? We got you covered. We’re pretty sure you’ll love all of the pieces, but we’re happy to make exceptions if you’re having a hard time finding something you love. Just email us and we’ll take care of you.
  • You’re more than welcome to order the same item multiple times. We get it. Having 2 pairs of Ponte Pants or 2 Layering Kits will come in handy. Go crazy, girl.
  • Refunds are possible. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your Edit experience, we’ll happily provide you with a refund at any time during the 6 months. We’ll refund you for the remaining months and we’ll still love you 🙂
